OUR 11 STEP CARPET CLEANING PROCESS:
Pre-Grooming- Loosens dry soil embedded in carpet fibers
Pre-Vacuum -Up to 85% of all soil in carpets is dry particulate meaning it can be vacuumed out)
Edge Vacuuming -Takes care of the dust and animal hair buildup along edges of carpeting
Pre-Spotting –Treating spots that may present problems
Pre-Treat -Suspends soil similar to soaking dishes increasing the soil removal in the cleaning processes
Furniture Moving -Moving furniture under 100 lbs. to clean underneath
Truck Mounted Hot Water Extraction -220 degree water thoroughly flushes carpets of soil, bacteria, dust mites and other contaminants
Replacing Furniture -Return furniture and protect carpet and furniture with Styrofoam blocks or plastic tabs.
Post Spotting -Treating any remaining trouble areas
Post Neutralizing -Neutralizing spray that brings carpet back to ph balance leaving it soft and residue free eliminating re-soiling
Post-Grooming -Carpet grooming helps knap retain memory and dry quicker
