Our Tile Cleaning Process
Did you know that manufacturers of most tile and grout products recommend that you clean and seal every 18 - 24 months. Over time grout will lose it's sealer and become permanently stained if not taken care of. If you find out that you have grout that is badly stained or if you just hate the color of your grout we can help. Our amazing cleaning system will get that tile clean and if needed we can even color seal the grout for you to a different color.
Check out our Tile & Grout cleaning process below.
Step 1 Pre-Inspection- We will inspect your tile and grout for existing damage- Any damage found will be noted and shown to the client prior to cleaning.
Step 2 Job Set Up – Moving furniture up to 100 lbs to clean underneath, and placing walk off mats and plastic over adjacent flooring cabinets and appliance to protect from over spray.
Step 3 Pre-Vacuum – Vacuuming the tile and edges to remove any dry soil
Step 4 Pre-Condition- Used to suspend soils similar to soaking dishes to increase soil removal during the cleaning process.
Step 5 Pre-Agitate- Grout lines, edges and corners are agitated with a specially designed brush for moderate soil. For heavy soil a floor machine with a special brush attachment it used to loose the soil.
Step 6 Truck-Mounted Hot Water Rinse Extraction- 220 degree water along with high pressure and high powered vacuum thoroughly cleans the soils from the tile and grout, which leaves the tile virtually dry.
Step 7 Post Spot- Treating any remaining trouble spots with a special cleaning solution.
Step 8 Job Take Down- Replacing any furniture previously moved to clean and roll up walk off mats and remove plastic used to for protection from over spray .
